Once you pin point the daily problems, set up an instructional video and show a step by step method to solve to problem. It doesn’t have to be a complicated problem, but it should be something that can make life easier for all in the company. There are a ton of problems, all you have to do is look and you’ll find them. There are also a ton of solutions. You can simply video tape yourself telling them how to solve it, or you can do a slide presentation.
