Video Presentations
Making video presentations to help educate your clients and customers has never been easier. The first things you want to determine are:
- Your clients top 3 problems in relation to your product
- Why or what the purpose of the video presentation is
- How they can benefit from it
- What you want them to do next or what the next logical step is
In determining your clients top 3 problems, you can simply ask them through questionnaires, phone calls or getting them to tell you when they make a purchase. This is the absolute best way to figure out what’s bothering your customers and what’s important to them. Don’t guess at it, as it could cost you a lot of wasted time, energy and money.
Next, you want to formulate the easiest way to educate your clients on how to solve the problem. This doesn’t have to be some fancy or sophisticated lecture. Make it easy and fun to understand. Be conversational in your video presentation. Show pictures or images that are in line with what the topic is about. If need be, you can add a little instrumental background music here and there, but be sure that the music doesn’t take the focus or attention away from the presentation given.
Video presentations can do wonders for your product or service if you are using them right. They can boost your perceived value. They can also help your clients and customers understand how to use your products and services better and get more out of them. This can actually help to get them to buy even more from you.
